I watched that, bloody good thanks. He doesnt say we wont do a cap raise but does strongly imply that we could sell a small position in any one of our liquid positions if we need cash. Great news, i was wondering about cap raise going forward and was thinking this might be the reason for discount to NTA and investors not stepping up to the plate.
To be honest the easiest way to have DGR close the NTA gap is just to list it on the AIM. Wait a couple of weeks and bam this thing trades at NTA parity.
