This could get interesting knowing that MZN wants in but RXL were not allowed to talk about their deal with IMI until the exclusive period was over. . That's how 8 read it anyway. Who else might come knocking for this world class holding ?
It's s smart move to let the market know and it stalls the other deal to an extent. I think RXL were getting a good deal as MZN have exposure to lithium right next to KDR.
