    Is it not in the realm of possibility that CNP Administrators/Receivers can strip out managemetn fees galore from CER too? I think so. CNP does still own over half of CER. It can decide to strip out as many fees as possible such that CER does not make any profit at all.

    I bet Receivers could justify it too.

    Thoughts?
