Gil ... you must have a high risk profile if you are loaded disproportionately in NBS. That aside:
(1) Assuming NBS follows their legal continuous disclosure requirements anyone who purchased shares has no more or less information than you and me. Sure, they may have visited offices, spoken with people ... but legally they can't have more (and naturally, with this company being into what people can or can't do legally such as entering countries, legalities would be high on their priority list). (2) Recruitment in say Malaysia may not be a blunt lie. However it is expenses, not income. Given the lack of tangible and material income streams if the operating expenses to June 2011 are higher then we could assume they have done this. (3) Refer history. They have been getting and spending money for some time. Not saying they are crooks (that was ur question) just pointing out a fact. (4) If and if has been the theme for NBS for a long time. SO you will be right on one of the counts.
