If we are to finance the WMP into production post the BFS we need to come up with 30% of the funds for the project. If our SP is low and our market cap is say $35 M we need to raise enough equity for our share (40% of the amount borrowed, for our 30% of say 800M) to be say $96M. To do that we need some deep pockets Tinci will be one of them. Alternatively we need Tinci's business associates (guanxi) to ward off a low ball T/O by OZ Min. That's the strategy IMHO.
