I was say yes. But I would also consider CYL may also be bought out.
Why would mgmt do a private placement in the mid 70's when it probably could have raised at $1.00?
I can only think of 2 reasons
1) Have a friendly blocking holding 14.5%
2) Keep the stock less liquid.
And I think that will mean a raider will need to pay large for this gem.
Its fantastic if you are an existing CYL holder, but makes it really hard to add more.
CYL/NML, are looking fabulous in my eyes. CYL is fully funded to swish cheese that complete belt and NML is free carried. NML is not liked by the market. I will add more before the heard comes.
