It would be interesting to know whether the merger between DBP and landbank is holding up the finance and draw down?

As noted in the below article they plan to have the merger completed by June ready before the change of president.

Apparently DPB can currently only lend 180 million USD to any one business, however with the merger complete the combined company loan limit (per transaction) will increase to 520 million USD. This would be beneficial to EWC and their plans to provide 3000MW.
