One thing that concerns me is that the new executive directors haven't much skin in the game. I would think they'd buy on market. H Digby dropped $20k into Cynata late last year:

IMO buying on-market SBN would make a hell of a difference, not because it would move the price but because it would assure shareholders that directors believe in the company.
