There is no bid. Approval comes at the end of the process not the beginning.
Beg to differ. If there were no bid, why have the Directors' opened to the books to the bidder?
It is a conditional bid.
Govt approval may come at the end, but if you think about it, that is a ridiculous situation. Here we have a process that is taking months and at the end it may all come to nothing?
Just make a decision now so the market can trade on an informed basis!
