With the US and Israel inching towards a show down with Iran over sanctions and another middle East conflict in their support for Syria an oil price of over $100 seems very likely even without Harbour
Thats why the yanks are clearing the decks smoothing tensions with North Korea ect.
Santos will be over $10
I tip they will offer 7 bucks to get this thing moving quick.
