In one sentence you say "The money was not in their account on the 18th". And then you say "However their account will show a payment date of the 18th". You did post that at close to 11pm so I'll let you off this time on the count of tiredness...
The registry accepted all of our payments. Like every registry previously has. AQD management then told the registry to reject all payments that they saw in their account on the 19th.
My lawyer has read the wording of the prospectus, the original application form and the extension announcement on Nov 7th. We are confident of our position.
