Peace22 - Yes, Graeme is a decent person. However, that does not mean he understands the legal requirements of agreeing to accept funds via Bpay. Believe me, I'm not doing this because I have nothing else to do with my time. Fortunately, the law firm representing me in this matter are highly experienced in commercial B&F and I know I'm in very good hands.
