Hi rmsztar, I contacted Graeme, and he confirmed with the share registry that my payment wasn't received until 19th.

I've certainly found Graeme good and open to deal with, as I also contacted him previously when my application form didn't arrive in the mail. He's decent person, and makes me think the company is honest.

Ryes, the reason I left the payment so late, is because in the past (many times) I've paid even on the last day for a SPP or rights issue, and have without exception been OK. So it was a learned behaviour.

I had always intended to take up the offer, but I couldn't see the point in paying earlier than I needed to ... may as well keep getting interest on my money.
