I'm suggesting that it's highly uncertain.
Lat Am tends to be either boom or bust...
Not much in the middle.
When I looked these guys seem to have a patchy coverage at best. Bolivia I think is still the poorest country in LA...although Morales the former coca farmer come president seems to have done wonders.
Ecuador...another tiny country....doing well ...largely from oil....has a USD currency...but still a very small and quite poor country.
Peru is bigger, and better...but still very poor and dependant on mineral wealth like much of Lat Am.
Mexico could be great as it has a huge population...but are they really the number one site there?
When I looked into the sites LAA bought, it seems the guys selling them are still holding onto the sites in the best countries for them selves.
Don't get me wrong..
I'd love to see LAA do well....just not sure sure it's gunna happen.
