I must be missing something. This is a backdoor listing by Foxcon. I thought there would be dozens of dormant ASX shells they could do this through without going through the many complcations of going through a company such as Latin Gold. They throw off the LAT Directors and throw on their own. Why are we as LAT shareholders being hauled into this mix in such a complicated manner. Why are we as shareholders of LAT being rewarded for being in a penny dreadful stock just at the right time. I don't get it.
