Although HZR are pretty much in Xmas mode MIN are still working on commissioning the PTR graphite pilot plant.
Beyond that some smaller investors may still wish to secure the right to buy at 30c via option purchases as low as 0.3c. Giving an entry at 30.3 heads price
Then the back door entry theory via options for a larger entity. There will likely be many millions of options available below 2 cents enabling a last minute scoop securing a large position at 32c. Using heads that would be unachievable without strongly inflating the share price. If the option scoop were to occur I would expect MIN to join in to prevent anyone securing an easy 10% blocking stake.
