I'm not normally one for conspiracy theories, but i wonder whether MIN are intentionally waiting until the new year is in before releasing information on their plant.

Hazer today said all announcements in that respect will be coming from MIN, coupled with the fact the plant was mean to to start commissioning mid-November, may indicate they have already started commissioning, but it is not really announcement material for a $3b market cap.

MIN stand to get significantly diluted if 24m Hzro's are exercised, so why would they be interested in them getting exercised.

On the other hand, MIN probably could have put their hand up to be the underwriter at these levels, but this would require them to front up $7.5m in cash, so perhaps it wasn't a good time for them (Wodgina cash proceeds not hitting their account for another 6 months).

Anyway, I suspect we will be getting limited updates on MIN side of things, only significant milestones (e.g. finishing commissioning).
