my guess is it will be well short on substance, probably some excuse from derewo about the partner facing challenges unforeseen by everyone except long suffering shareholders, and no deal done yet in south Africa because with only app. 100k in the bank, all potential suitors are playing hardball to get a bargain deal based on the misguided assumption we're extremely desperate.
