hi barramun,
just read some information on GBS Australia. The circumstances where that it defaulted its debt financing and was thus forced into voluntary administration.
The company cited its inability to secure appropriate financing in the current market conditions.
It would seem on face value that AP have very deep pockets and with an increasing interest in TAM it may seem they are the cashcow TAM needs.
