I cant see Presto giving Stan $10 million under any circumstances. Its just not the way slimeballs  work at a corporate level. Imagine being the first Presto executive that mention maybe we should give Stan $10 million and just take over QFX. They would be smiled at by all then knifed to death as soon as they left the room. The only way this would be palatable to executives is if one of them had a way to screw over Stan to the financial advantage of Presto. Possibly supplying and making a margin on most of the content QFX supplies to their subs, oh wait that's happening already.

To this end maybe QFX could split the post streaming business out and hand the streaming service over to Presto and leave a post shell attached to the preference shares. This would most likely be exuberante celebre by Presto execs.
