Not only due to the amount of members, but I bet due to the fact it was making a profit, something that QFX has never done of course during a single quarter.
And what is QFX real subscriber numbers? Obviously not enough revenue to exceed operational costs, that and being technically insolvent is why it's value is only a dollar, company was bankrupt years ago never recovered.
