Presto didn't 'get involved' - they simply agreed (conditionally) to let QFX resell their product, and as has been pointed out no-one knows what the conditions are or whether it will ever happen.
There is no value in subscribers who can leave tomorrow. No business valuation would include anything for customers who are not contracted to stay - and that's not an opinion.
