1. What is it that Stan would want to get? Subscribers are worth nothing when they can bail at one month's notice. Infrastructure is old. Content is nothing that others can't source.

2. Let's be clear - there is no agreement except a conditional arrangement for QFX to resell Presto content - and we have no idea what the conditions are or when it might start happening.

3. Presto do not hold the keys to the Life Support Machine - they have no holding/interest except to conditionally allow QFX to resell there content - at this stage there is no indication as to whether that will ever happen or whether it will be positive for QFX.
