Well just got a reply from Westpac.
Luckily I wasn't holding my breath as they seem to think I was wanting to change my average purchase price, even though I made a point of using their terminology and I kept it short and to the point.
Literally two lines and they still skim over the main points and balls it up, it isn't rocket science people.
