I'll refrain from making my last post negative and not bag the executive team at Avb. Nor will I degrade all the derogatory and imbecile posts from the perennial downrampers. Most of all I will not slag off the incompetent Avb board. My last post will be constructive and positive. Well done to all those who made money. Thanks to Kalenn and Co, who contributed sound and balanced intelligent dialogue. Final comment - congrats to OZL stakeholders - you now own a world class asset. You win!
