I too don't understand all this Corporate stuff albeit I owned large Companies but they were private.

I don't know the correct forum to ask these questions. Perhaps a good start would be to post these questions on the general Hot Copper forum where a lot of posters without specific holdings spend time. Rather than ask there for answers because most will only be opinions, ask where you can seek proper statutory advice on the matters you raise.

Just cut & paste [save a lot of time] in to a new thread on the general page.

I hold little hope though.

Put it this way. Lets say you owned BPH which had a go at making you rich using other peoples money [us stupid shareholders]but it didn't work. You are used to getting other people to pay for your lifestyle and you also have a couple of unlisted Companies called Cortical and MDS which you had earlier told people were doing great. You have a lavish lifestyle and need more money quickly to finance the next scam. Only way to get the money seeing people have woken up to you and won't advance you any more would be to list Cortical and MDS. SIMPLE!

Ask yourself this. If this were you wouldn't you list them like in a big hurry! What would stop you listing them? Only thing I can think of is that they AREN'T WORTH ANYTHING!!!

Why has MDS been hawked around at all the bio "trade shows" and nobody has taken any interest? It no longer has anything worth selling. Nobody is interested.

When was the last time you heard about cortical at all? It has disappeared. Same question. IF it were able to be listed which would bring in much need cash for DB then why the hell hasn't it been listed. BECAUSE IT TOO IS WORTH ABSOLUTELY ZIP.

NO ASSETS ONLY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY WHICH NOBODY WANTS!

There would be a Govt. regulator but you can bet your last dollar [sorry DB has that] that they are operating albeit narrowly within the boundaries of law.

I hope a few more people start to bombard DB and Deborah Amarossi [hope I am right there but the Secretary anyway] with regular [say monthly] emails demanding action on MDS which I think is the most likely to get up although I actually felt stupid saying that. It ain't gunna happen.

If everybody who holds BPH, Cortical and MDS sent an email monthly that should be quite a few truckloads of emails and we would at least make them tired of opening their emails and they would know we are pissed off! Better still, send an email each month AND phone each month.

It is time for them to know we really are fed up rather than just pussy-footing around asking a questione3very now and then which they can feed bullshit on. Keep the pressure on them.
