What can we shareholders of an as yet unlisted company do to get...

What can we shareholders of an as yet unlisted company do to get the parent company's management team to get moving on Cortical and MDS?

I need to ask, as I am totally niaive to such things:

1. Who are the management team of Cortical and MDS - are they the same as BPH? Why arent these companies being driven by those scientists working on the projects and supported by managers?

2. Why have we (I am sure) received advice of only one AGM - for MDS last year - as companies, should they not have an AGM annually?

3. Why is their excuse (or so I have read) that the market is not ready for Cortical or MDS to list, when it was news of MDS major project in 2009 that rocketed the BPH SP to 40 cents? Even if it opens at 10 cents its a damn sight better than its current zero value...

I hold Cortical and MDS...couldnt care less about BPH Energy and PEP11 now...We need Cortical and MDS listed - if these things are worth anything then the market will demonstrate that when they list...
