But I guess that 10% of sweet stuff all is still sweet stuff all.

I have been a damned sight rougher on him and he damned well deserves it. I wish a lot of other people [only a few of us vocal] would get up and start kicking doors in.

Another business adage comes to mind "do not treat your customer like a fool" and BPH have done exactly that to us all for quite a while now.

"I will make sure the management style is of a more can do nature". Easy to say - harder to do. While I agree some research can help you still can't quantify on paper those undefinable qualities you and I as successful entrepreneurs have had - namely drive, persistence perseverance,customer satisfaction,ethics, consideration and very gritty determination to succeed at all costs. If I could bottle those I would be made. Not trying to teach you anything and you didn't teach me anything and worse I guess DB already thinks he knows it all and what the hell would we know so I am sure we are falling on deaf ears.

I am now retired and worked for myself building Company's from the ground up,selling them when successful and moving to start another. No particular industry - all over the place and you can move from one industry to another totally different industry because the basics which haven't been practiced at BPH never change.You can have all the degrees and paper qualifications you like but if someone looks like a crook, works like a crook, smells like a crook then he probably is a ...................!

Did I mention one other essential attribute - HONESTY!!!!

If my BPH shares EVER get back to within 25% of what they owe me I will be gone and as for my MDS scrit I have already kissed them goodbye.
