As ferronium said - next summer - next summer Adelaide hot days could be a test if winds are light late in those afternoons when demand peaks. Remember there is always a need for a "spinning reserve" too.
Sth Aust gas generators will have to work a lot harder all the time winds are light - and the interconnectors to Vic had better work too. I am not sure if their gas units are made to run hard 24/7 - we will see.
