I am not sure if anyone is concern on item 6. Everything else looks positive though.
All ores are to be 100% sold to a related party. I can't find any further information on the terms and conditions and how much the company will benefit from the iron price fluctuations. Usually controlling companies will take most of the meat. Will be good to know. GL
