Call me a cynic, but when a broker:
- puts out a price target (36 cents) well above that of a fellow analyst (22 cents from Hartleys)
- the company has acknowledged the potential upcoming need for capital (in this case Paladin potentially needing a raise to restart Langer Heinrich)
I smell a broking house positioning for a fee in the upcoming capital raise.
