Stage 1 is almost fully funded already through the Taurus Mining US$200M facility, yes they do have a small shortfall but this may yet be funded through an extension of the existing facility or new borrowings.
As for the second part, im only pointing out what they have stated. As we all know plenty of private discussions happen behind closed doors and no doubt if there was something to announce they would. As for the JV they have no need for a JV as obvious in the first part imo.
