Column 1 0 2234 GMT [Dow Jones] Aspiring mineral sands producer Sheffield Resources looks likely to get a mining lease for its Thunderbird project in Western Australia, along with federal environmental approvals, by the end of this month. "Attaining the mining lease should, in our view, lead to an unwind of any inherent risk discount in the share price," says RBC, which is bullish on the stock.
