There are a few parts of this project that I struggle with.

Would a 3rd party invest $150m into a project for 20%, not get a return for at least 5-6 years or maybe longer with the debt needing to be paid (and only get 20% of that) and not be the operator of it?

Obviously it's the first option the board would like to take, but I think they may need to go to market via a cap raise.

But hat's off to management for marketing the project to retail investors the way they have. This market is getting belted, but SFX has stood tall.
