I have sent WGX a query as to if they know about (and why) re this relentless shorting.

It is quite obvious what is happening.  You will see on the sell line 10 orders for a few hundreds shares.  And their match on the buy side.  The sell just sells to the buy, bit by bit, until the buy is empty.  Then all the shares that were 'bought', become available for sales at the buy price.

So, 1.04 will have 2000 shares for sale over 10 orders

1.035 is the buy, and bit by bit, the 10 orders in the 1.04 are sold

now 1.04 sell is gone.... and the sell becomes the 1.035

And the 1.035 buy vanishes and becomes a 1.03 buy

In this way the shares are sent down half a cent every half hour by a robot selling to itself - a completely illegal activity.

This will only stop when real buyers enter the market.

If you believe what I have written and there is no bad news hiding, then shorters will help you to buy at a good price.  But you need to know when the shorting stops.

If you believe their us undisclosed, market sensitive bad news, then STAY AWAY until the news is out.
