    I agree with you totally.

    For the TTV board to even contemplate this proposal shows them to be completely unfit to being company directors.

    Or

    They believe the current business model of TTV is unlikely to bare fruit. Because you don't have to use your shell for a backdoor listing to have synergies in partnering other company's.
