It's interesting how the Chairman of TTV and P1 call this an excellent partnership for TTV and P1.

P1 owns 97% and TTV owns 3% kind of reinvents the word partnership.

Realistically P1 is using TTV as a shell with no business.TTV chairman says P1 is well capitalised yet they need to raise $15m.

So inflating the price using TTV at 4c to P1 shareholders even if the market drives the price of TTV down to 0.002c P1 shareholders will be still pretty happy they got away with an inflated MC in the beginning and $15m cash and a listing.

It's a stupid deal. TTV surely can still work with P1 as separate coy's with out being diluted to oblivion
