Yes EPR took on too much risk with the size of its holdings in these first two wells.
Findra to be drilled soon. EPR has 100%, thus 100% of upside and 100% of downside.
Cant say their territory has been fruitful so far. Investors will lose faith if they dont see some commercial success soon. They have been good at drilling duds, despite the supposed prospectivety of the permits.
Alternatively if Findra comes in then upwards on onwards for EPR .....
I dont hold any.
