Whoever they are, they are likely to be taking a loss imo .
If it is NXS, they will have to inform the market soon enough, but with mergers it could be a hedge fund or other insto taking a loss possibly .
The main buyer is soaking them up, but can't blame them for not pushing them up .
It is a rare thing indeed that such a large oil flow is sold into like this - almost like the owner of the shares doesn't have a choice to hold them .
