Meh. This has been addressed before. EVN will have a lot of blackout periods in which Mr. Klein is unable to transact his stocks. If he wants to pull out $9M for a new fleet of jet skis then I say good on him. Go for it. He's earned it. Other insiders have no need to buy more stock since the stock they hold has already gone up 3x in value. I wouldn't buy more EVN stock. I'd diversify it into another sector, frankly.

If patterns hold then EVN's next move will be to build up some cash after having just turned debt free about now and then use the debt facility to go in with cash and buy a struggling mine with a low AISC and long LOM. Now might not be the moment with gold being in the happy news column but they have time and can wait for a juicy opportunity. Unlike, say, SBM who's clock is ticking louder every day..
