12 volt fridge which you get from the camping/caravaning places, esky style which you lift the lid at the top so all the cold air doesn't fall out everytime you open the front door like the inefficient domestic home type.

The beauty with 12 volt is you can do it all yourself, you can't get electrocuted and there is no licence needed.
If you have need of 240 volts, you can buy a portable inverter that you plug into your 12 volt system when needed.

Yes, I have one of those camping fridges (waeco) - can even turn it into a freezer so maybe you need two. I take your HW is solar and heating in winter - gas?
Cooling is via 12v fans I assume.
