as any further loss of "political" capital in election year..maybe a" bridge to far"

Question will the judge give leave to the minister for resources to appeal and effectively obstruct justice ? Yes judges like to kick things back and say go figure this out yourselves. To what extent is the Vic government prepared to expose their ellectorate in terms of compensation and payout. I think the sums right now will be eyewatering.
