Volumes not large enough to indicate institutions buying back in yet, directors have started. When institutions are back in, share price should go above 30 cents.
Will be interesting to see if shorters come back, institutions will definitely pick up in 1,000,000+ lots once they are back, but not smaller (famous last words).
