On second thoughts.
With volumes of ~43m (8.5%) traded yesterday and ~25m (5%) through in less than an hour today it wouldn't take much for someone to pick-up 19.9% of PLA! Esp. if they started before yesterday.
Take-over a real possibility. But I wouldn't invest in PLA on that basis!
I'm staying tuned for one/two substantial notices in the next week. That will provide a better picture of who is getting (or who got) set-up.
