Someone could be buying as a "friendly" whatever it is you are implying but the return is quite skinny when buying at 26c.
Why do you presume they can buy below 26.5c? How was it obvious they had orders below 19c?
I don't think anyone can bring much leverage to bear on SOL but there is an outside chance if the buying continues at 26c.
