Hey team what do we think of this. One the eve of a possible decison the current Lands, Natural resources
and environmental protection minister Wylbur Simuusa has got a new job for foriegn affairs??

Is he doing a runner after giving the Green Light to ZRL as it seems there are many projects in these reserves and forests so if they kill one it may be too much for the government to miss over the next 40 or 50 years of foreign investment.
