L/B will want the WCL mgt to stay.
From what I have learnt, is that each CSG field is different.
Each field needs a key to unlock the technique to get the gas to flow in that particular field.
I was told quite some time ago, by an expert, that Santos had similar tight gas in Fairview, and it took a long time for them to figure out how to get the gas to flow.
(I think Psi and I chatted about this on these threads some months ago)

So the mgt at WCL have been working on this for several years, and WCL has spent $millions of dollars to get to this point.

If the current WCL mgt just up and walk out, do you think that those "Arrow staff milling about" will just walk in and take over from where the previous staff left off?

Assuming that L/B does desire see the GSA continue as planned, then they will want to ensure continuity of mgt and production.
Just watch - if there is a negotiated t/o, we will see L/B handcuff the mgt.
