My money is still on Timor sea anyway, ask youself why would Albers want 10% of this company ? Perhaps to vend in some assets from one of the many permits his private companies holds and offload risk. Is no-one watching the bid/ask action, he's buying anything at 5 cents, even when it's gone below 5 he's just waited till volume on the sell side comes in.

I still think the Kate valley thing is a dead duck. The oil seeps story was great - but more than likely just tractor oil... it was a last ditch effort to get the landfill propsal canned. IMHO.
