    hopefully a rerating will see some instos onto the register
    it appears to me that there are many retail shareholders and no matter what good news is released there are too many sellers looking to bail...if there is to be some stronger support we might break out of this range of 11.5 to 14 cents that has been in play for a long time

    hopefully 2011 will see that occur
