    Apart from your first statement I agree with the rest.
    Remember this was a $4 share and some of the current management have been riding this all the way doooown (selling their own holdings as we went). The buck stops with the board and the million dollar man.
    2 directors need to go and bring in new blood without the taint of previous failures and who can communicate effectively with the register.
